Steve the giraffe!

Mountain Top!

I'm trying to decorate my apartment with lots and lots of pictures. My parents never really did, and my ex was very much into the "white wall" look. And although I'm not painting my walls, I will be putting lots of photos on my walls! So far Everything that I've already had framed is up (I've only been in my apartment for 2 months now, so I don't feel bad that it's not all decorated yet) and now I'm trying to figure out what pictures I want to print off and frame. Most of the stuff that's up is art work and posters. So this mountain top is something I took while I was off in Colorado. I have another one, but blogger isn't a fan of it. (I think it's something about the length or something...I don't know)

By the way, I'm melting. It's uber hot here in the MN and I'm just not a fan. I'm sitting next to the fan and I'm not sure if I'll ever fall asleep. Last night I woke up and decided that the bed was radiating heat and was thinking about throwing out the feather mattress that I sleep on, and usually brag about.

Tomorrow I will be finishing, and posting my giraffe painting that I've been working on. His name is Steve, and along with the royal series that I've been working on, I'm also doing a safari animal thing. I'm not sure how it started (I honestly think it's from when I purchased two scarfs from Heartbreaker, one with zebras and another with elephants and cheetahs, but I'd rather not admit that) but I'm rolling with it!
